Forever NPC Warnings 1.2.0 - local installation

NEW BEHAVIOR (replaces routing/commands described below):
Solo: PLAYER_TARGET_CHANGED displays the selected enemy's warning locally.
Party: observed enemies with raid markers send warnings to PARTY with {rtN}.
All markers and party members' marks are supported; raids are excluded.
The addon can only resolve enemies visible through target/mouseover/focus,
party targets, or nameplate unit tokens. A marker change can warn again.
Commands are /fnw on, /fnw off, /fnw status; old channel settings are ignored.
Messages are paced at 1.2 seconds, revalidated before sending, and expire after
15 seconds. Solo repeat selection is suppressed for 60 seconds.

Only runs on client version 1.60.x. Anniversary files are not modified.
Hover a living, attackable NPC to display its known red/orange abilities.
This is a database warning, NOT live cast detection or a Forever-verified database.
Unknown NPCs and abilities absent from the source database cannot be warned about.

/fnw local : private chat output (default)
/fnw party : party chat; falls back to private output when solo or in a raid
/fnw both : private and party chat
/fnw on, /fnw off, /fnw status
Settings persist across sessions. Does not claim /nw, avoiding existing commands.

Repeat warnings for the same creature are suppressed for 60 seconds.
Party messages are rate-limited to one per 1.5 seconds, with at most 8 queued.
Queued messages expire after 10 seconds; excess messages are not broadcast.
No raid or public SAY broadcasts. No continuous unit scanning.

Data files are a personal-use copy of the locally installed NpcAbilities 1.3.3
database by Ruben Zantingh, with globals renamed to avoid addon collisions.
The original Data/LICENSE (All rights reserved) is retained.

To remove: disable Forever NPC Warnings in the addon list.
